Who we are

What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter in the form: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the service and property details you select, and your message.
To protect the form against abuse, the website also keeps a short technical record that does not contain your name or contact details: the time of the enquiry, the page it came from, the service and asset type selected, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. A one-way coded version of your IP address is kept for one hour to limit repeated submissions.
Why we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, discuss your project and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal. We do this because you agreed to it when you sent the form.
Who receives it
Your enquiry is delivered by email to the OURA International team. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing. The companies that host this website and our email receive the data only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or withdraw your agreement for future use. Email info@ourainternational.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
Cookies and outside services
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts, icons and some images are loaded from outside content delivery services (Google Fonts, cdnjs and Unsplash), which receive your IP address when your browser loads them.
